Fostering an Environment of Respect and Security at UAB

UAB is committed to providing an environment that respects the dignity of its students, faculty, staff, patients, and visitors and is free from all forms of discrimination on the basis of sex and related retaliation.

It is the responsibility of every member of the University community to foster an environment free of Prohibited Conduct. All members of the University community are encouraged to take reasonable and prudent actions to prevent or stop an act of Prohibited Conduct.

Any person may report incidents of sexual assault, sexual harassment, interpersonal violence, stalking, sex discrimination, or sexual exploitation.
